Drew Marzullo has served as Selectman for the Town of Greenwich since 2009. As Selectman, Drew has used his platform to advocate for residents, families, businesses and employees to enhance the town’s educational and community facilities, improve streets and roadways, create an environment in which businesses can grow and flourish, and protect the rights& of& all members of the community.

Drew has formed an exploratory committee to run for Connecticut Lieutenant Governor in 2018, because he is ready to focus his attention at the state level to drive change that will positively impact all residents in Connecticut. He has worked side by side with Democrats, Republicans and Independents as Town Selectman to create effective programs and generate the best outcomes for the local Greenwich community and is poised to do the same throughout the state.

Prior to serving as Selectman, Drew was a paramedic in Greenwich for over two decades and served two terms as a member of the Representative Town Meeting in Greenwich. He received his State of Connecticut Paramedic License in 1989, after graduating from Greenwich High School. He has been recognized by the Greenwich Chamber of Commerce for his many years of service as a paramedic and received countless accolades for excellent pre-hospital care.

Drew has taken a leadership role in addressing many community issues, including bullying, LGBT rights, improvement of Connecticut's Foster Care and Adoption Agencies, the provision of senior tax relief, the cultivation of an environment that allows businesses to start, scale and succeed and stabilization of the housing mill rate.

Drew was appointed as a member of the Emergency Medical Service Advisory Board in 2012 by Governor Malloy, and serves as Treasurer on the Board of Directors of the Red Ribbon Foundation, a Greenwich-based foundation committed to promoting HIV and AIDS awareness. He is an ex-officio member of the Greenwich Finance Board, which oversees $500 million in town funding and is also a member of the New Lebanon School Building Committee.

Drew is a third-generation Greenwich resident who resides in Cos Cob with his husband Reynold Jaglal, Director of Clinical Education and Clinical Assistant Professor at Sacred Heart University, and their adopted son Richard.
